Melody, Macon Chamber to host Friday connections chat

The Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce will partner with The Macon Melody this Friday to host “Mastering the Art of Connection,” an interactive session designed to help attendees learn how to build and nurture professional opportunities and relationships.

The session is part of the chamber’s ongoing B.R.E.W. — Business, Resources and Engagement Works — sessions. It will run from 8:30-10 a.m. at the chamber’s offices on Poplar Street.

“Mastering the Art of Connection” will include a panel discussion moderated by Joshua Wilson, executive editor of The Melody. Panelists include Jeff Wilhelm, a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual; Satu Mehta, president of Gilmer Warehouse & Logistics; Betsy Fitzgerald, president and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Heart of Georgia; Amy Scott, a marketing specialist with Marketing USA; and Katrina Cohens, owner of Cohens Consulting Services.
