The 28th Annual Sparks Over the Park Independence Day Celebration was held at Lake Tobesofkee while Historic Ingleside and Stanislaus neighborhoods held their annual July 4th parades Thursday. People flocked to the lake for the fireworks display that was set off from Sandy Beach Park Thursday night.
