The Melody welcomes its new Partnerships and Sales Specialist
The Melody welcomes its newest team member to the newsroom.
The Macon Melody recently welcomed Lizzie Bacik to its growing community newsroom. Bacik will serve as The Melody’s Partnerships and Sales Specialist.
A 2025 mass communications graduate from Georgia College & State University, Bacik grew up in Lilburn, but is no stranger to the Macon community and looks forward to collaborating closely with local businesses and organizations.
The Melody’s commitment to “connection, visibility and community impact” is what initially attracted Bacik to the role.
“I admire how The Melody not only shares stories but also helps the residents feel like they are a part of their own community and feel supported,” she said.
Bacik has already begun exploring downtown and connecting with local community members.
“Every enterprise benefits from a strong community support and loyalty,” she said.
It’s this sense of community that defines Macon, according to Bacik. She is particularly excited to collaborate with folks for the upcoming Cherry Blossom Festival.Learn more about Melody partnerships and welcome Bacik to the community, by emailing lizzie@maconmelody.com.
